This site is operated by New Code, Lda, NIF 513788549, trading as BéKa Studio, based in Portugal. You can contact us at hello@thesundaystudio.co. We act as the data controller for the personal data described below.

• Name and email address when you create an account or place an order.
• Shipping address when you order physical products from The Sunday Edit.
• Payment information is handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Order history, downloaded files, and subscription status so we can deliver what you paid for.
• Basic technical data such as session cookies to keep the cart and login working.

• To perform our contract with you, so we can process orders, deliver files, ship items, and manage subscriptions. Legal basis: contract.
• To meet accounting, tax, and consumer law obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• To send optional updates or analytics, only where you have opted in. Legal basis: consent.

Account and order data is kept for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet accounting and tax obligations under Portuguese law, typically up to ten years for invoices. You can request deletion at any time subject to those obligations.

• Stripe for secure payment processing and subscription billing.
• Supabase for hosting the application database, authentication, and file storage.
• Printify for print on demand production and shipping of The Sunday Edit physical products.
• An email delivery provider for transactional emails such as receipts and account notifications.

These processors act on our instructions and are bound by their own data protection terms. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@thesundaystudio.co from the address associated with your account. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.
