Refunds and Returns

All Sunday Morning digital purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable. No exceptions.

This covers individual colorway files, PSD masters, bundles, and every subscription payment on the Personal Light, Personal Unlimited, and Commercial Unlimited plans.

Why: digital files are delivered instantly. Under EU consumer law, digital content sold for immediate download is exempt from the 14 day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun with your prior explicit consent, and that consent is captured at checkout before the files become available. Once payment is confirmed, the sale is final.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. The current billing period itself is never refunded, in part or in full, regardless of how much of it has been used. Any commercial rights tied to the active subscription revert as described on the Plans and Specs page once the paid period ends.

If a file is genuinely faulty, corrupted, or does not match its description, contact hello@thesundaystudio.co and we will replace it. This is a fix, not a refund.

The Sunday Edit items are produced on demand through our fulfillment partner. Each piece is made after you order it, so please allow the production time shown at checkout, usually a few business days, before shipping begins.

Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase of unused, non personalized items. To start a return, email hello@thesundaystudio.co with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Personalized or made to measure items are exempt from the 14 day right of withdrawal under EU law. Faulty or incorrect items are always covered and will be replaced or refunded.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or from the date you provide proof of return.
