Sunday Morning pattern files, PSD masters, bundles, and subscription downloads are provided under the licenses described on our Plans and Specs page. Please review that page for the exact terms that apply to what you buy.

• Do not resell, redistribute, or share raw files outside the license terms.
• Do not use the site to break the law or infringe on anyone else's rights.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the security or availability of the service.

All pattern designs, PSD files, product artwork, photography, and written content remain the property of BéKa Studio. You receive a use license as defined at purchase, not ownership of the underlying artwork.

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we may update products, pricing, or these terms as the business evolves. Meaningful changes will be announced on this page.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under EU and Portuguese law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be handled by the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
