The Sunday Edit

Shipping

Every piece is printed to order, so shipping is priced by the kind of piece rather than by the number of things in your basket.

A flat rate per kind of piece

Each kind of piece carries one flat shipping rate for your destination. Journal, Sipper Glass, Blanket 50x60, Blanket 60x80 and Phone Case are each their own category, and the rate for a category is charged once per order.

It is charged once however many units you order, so a second journal, or a fifth, adds nothing to shipping.

Pattern makes no difference. A journal is the same physical object whichever pattern is printed on it, so ordering the Utterly Smitten journal alongside The Flower Queue journal is one journal shipping charge, not two.

The two blanket sizes are the only pair that stay apart from each other, because they are genuinely different parcels with different costs.

What you see in your basket

Your basket shows one shipping total, with a breakdown you can open to see the rate behind each category. When an item is already covered by a rate in your basket it is marked as shipping included, so nothing is ever charged twice.

Rates are confirmed against your destination at checkout, before you pay.

Making and delivery times

Nothing is made until you order it. Production usually takes a few working days, and the transit time after that depends on where the order is going and which workshop makes it.

  • United States2 to 20 days in transit
  • Canada5 to 30 days in transit
  • European countries6 to 30 days in transit
  • Australia and New Zealand8 to 30 days in transit
  • Rest of the world8 to 30 days in transit

The wider ends of those ranges cover the slowest services and remote addresses. Your basket shows the estimate for the pieces you have actually chosen, which is usually much tighter.

Separate parcels

Different pieces are made in different workshops, so an order can arrive as more than one parcel, each with its own tracking. Your basket tells you when that is the case.

Taxes and any duty are covered on the questions page, and returns on the refunds page.
